About the Workshop

What if you could truly get a grip on those raging thoughts?  There IS a way to deal with negative thoughts and worry and it's not repeating positive affirmations or saying 'it is what it is, just let go'... In a fun and relaxed way, I will show you how to handle negative thinking. We all do it and it can be very useful to plan ahead and think of what's if's. It is just not so useful when these thoughts start to control us... 3 hours, 1 technique: I assure you that you will feel different and more confident about yourself!

Being Dutch, growing up in Belgium and living abroad now for 9 years, I'm super excited to host a workshop in Belgium again!  Join me as we delve into breaking free from overthinking, mastering the mind, and bringing clarity and calm back into your life.  I've designed this workshop for it to be practical, inspirational and fun!  To provide you with actionable change to deal with your thoughts.  I'm bringing a corporate background (COO), 13 years of teaching yoga and meditation and I've been a certified mindset coach for over a decade.
