" Rachel makes it fun, so many people returning time and time again says it all."
Jo, Ireland - February 2021
Meditation works, there is no doubt.
You will get a grip on your thoughts, you will sleep better, respond better to people as you have a grip on your emotions, you will be more creative, take better care of yourself, etc etc etc.
And still... meditating on our own seems to be mission impossible after a couple of days or weeks.
Usually, it is not a lack of motivation, it's the fact that you have to do it on your own.
If you have a teacher waiting for you and a supportive community of likeminded people, having the same objective, I can assure you that you will succeed.
30 days will fly by and you will have a personal meditation practice.
Very practically, all you have to do is show up for 30 minutes.

Why do we meditate?
I like to make Yoga postures, Yoga philosophy and Meditation as practical and accessible as possible. Start with the absolute basics (like how to sit in meditation) and built it up from there.
One of the many benefits of meditation is that your mind becomes sharper, laser sharp.
From a sense of stability and full on relaxation (not spacing out, not chilling), we deepen our concentration and from there, the insight and sharpness will arise.
So before anything, we need to learn how to relax (without spacing out, without falling asleep). This is where our breath work comes in. Using the breath as a guide to relax body, and mind.
"I was a little sceptical to begin with but started the challenge to find out what meditation was all about. I now feel I have found something that will stay with me and become part of my day. I am still learning but really looking forward to the next challenge which I intend to sign up for. Rachel is an excellent teacher and gets her point across in a lovely, relaxed and easy going way. I recommend the 30 day challenge as the committment to get up each day and practice is a huge part of the process, even though the early mornings can be difficult! In these strange and unprecedented times, the challenge brings some structure to each day and is a reminder of how important the simple things in life are. Give it a try!"

" I've tried meditation in the past, and used various apps, which have been OK. But the experience with Rachel has been transformative for me and created a habit of regular meditations. I've found lots of benefits from this practice, such as a calmness of mind, which continues into all aspects of my life, making it a brighter, happier, more colourful place. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to embed this life-changing habit." - February

If you have never meditated before, check out my Soundcloud Meditations and take the FREE 5 day meditation challenge. If you are a seasoned practitioner, you can join the 30 days of Meditation in June.
Every session is recorded and stays up for three days so you can catch up at any time. Some people follow the entire challenge on recordings, because of a different time zone for example.
As a teacher, I am influenced by Tibetan Buddhism and I share techniques that I learned and that work for me. I am not a Buddhist and to meditate, you don 't need to be either. Luckily meditation is moving away from being a spiritual thing and proper science and clinical evidence is coming out almost daily to show the many benefits of meditating regularly.
This is your time, please do whatever you would like to do in these 30 minutes. Be in your pyjamas or fully dressed up, in bed or on the cushion, have your camera on or off, be chatty or not: it is all good.
