You don’t need more time, you need a clearer mind.

Every morning for thirty days we meet for a 30-minute live session.
You begin with a short breathing or focus technique, followed by 20 to 24 minutes of guided meditation that anchors your day in clarity and calm.

Each day you bring an intention, something you wish to manifest or move toward. Through attention and energy, you align mind and action so progress becomes natural.

You’ll notice results in the first week: calmer mornings, clearer thinking, steadier decisions.

What You’ll Learn

How it works

Practically

  1. Join today and you’ll receive a welcome email and Zoom link.
  2. From 12 Nov to 13 Dec we meet each weekday at 7 a.m. UK time.
  3. Miss a session, use the recording any time that day.
  4. After thirty days you keep access to all replays for four months.
  5. Everything is live and recorded: you can follow entirely on replay if needed.

Meet Rachel

I teach meditation with depth and ease so you can live with more clarity. Trained in MBSR with a background in Tibetan Buddhism and years in corporate life, I blend the practical and the profound. For fourteen years I’ve guided retreats and meditation challenges across the world.

Investment

Payments in all currencies are processed automatically at the daily exchange rate. When you join, you receive immediate access to the welcome module and Zoom details. If you complete all thirty days and don’t feel a change, I refund you fully.

FAQ

  • Can I join if I can’t attend live at 7 a.m.?

    Yes. Many participants follow entirely on replay and feel the same results. Also if you have some travel in between, no problem, do it all at your own pace.

  • Do I need experience with meditation?

    No. I guide you each day step by step.

  • How long do I keep the recordings?

    Four months after the challenge. If you need them longer, just ask :)

  • What if I fall behind?

    You can use recordings to catch up any time and contact me for support.

  • Do you offer corporate or group bundles?

    Yes, please email for packages of 10 or 50 seats.

  • What if I don’t feel a difference?

    Complete all thirty days; if you don’t feel a change, I refund you in full.
