Are you ready to explore meditation in a different way?
21 days will give you the opportunity to truly build the habit of meditation.

The only way to learn meditation or to break through your meditation plateau...  is to meditate. To have a consistent practice.

This challenge is unique and perfect to start with the habit, restart or deepen your practice.

Practical information

December 11th - December 31st, 2022

  • We meet at 7AM UK every day via Zoom

  • All sessions are recorded to catch up or re-watch

  • Pranayama first - Actual meditation time is around 20 minutes per session

Why meditate?

From my own experience, from being a person who’s always planning and living in the future, looking for the next thrill to becoming much more calm, much more joyful and above all, to be in the present moment. 

Meditation can become a tool for you, your moment of cultivating more calm and trust in times where you are overwhelmed by stress, fear, pain or anxiety

Within just five days of meditating daily, there is ‘something’ changing in the brain already. 5 days! Imagine 21 or longer ...

That 'something' will make you feel more calm. You will sleep better, you will have a different perspective on things, you will know how to handle stress better and, you will become so much more aware of your body and mind. The concept of Conscious Living will become crystal clear to you. Making you take better care OF you, for the benefit of yourself, and others.

From October 30th to November 28th, we focused on Relaxation - Concentration - Vibration - Energy and Self-sabotage.
