What will you do?

4 hours of Monkey Mind Training

Your Mind is capable of things beyond your own comprehension.... we just need to find a way to train the Mind.
To become Mindful instead of having our minds bossing us around all day.

During the Mindful Morning Retreat, Rachel guides you in the following activities:

  • A 24 minute Sitting Practise with a focus on Grounding and Balance
  • Followed by a more physical session.
    I have been a yoga teacher for over 12 years so it will be a combination of yoga and mindful movement.
  • Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep closes our first part of the morning. 
  • A 30 minute break for you to eat or relax.
  • More Yoga inspired movement
  • A sitting practise of 24 minutes again. 
  • Walking Meditation practise. 


We can use the chat although the main idea is to experience this morning in silence. As you will be with a community of like minded people, holding the Noble Silence will feel very special. 

Your Meditation Teacher

Rachel Bonkink

A teacher and traveler at Heart. Rachel lived in Morocco, followed her Heart and moved to Dubai for a while and now she's back in Portugal.
She is the author of the book, Flex Your Mind and known for her (corporate) meditation programs and keynotes. Her teachings have been shaped and influenced by teachers like lama Alan Wallace, Jack Kornfield, Rick Hanson, Tony Robbins and Paul Grilley. Recently there is more influence from the MBCT and MBSR streams again from both Oxford and Brown University. Again, as it is with mindfulness that she started her journey as a teacher many years ago.
